James Liberio

Broker/Owner
Jim has been a Licensed California Real Estate Broker (DRE Lic#00454412) since 1973. Along with owning Ace Professional Property Management, Inc., he is also the Owner / Broker of Liberio Realty, Inc.

He has been active in the Orange and Inland Empire Counties Real Estate Market and has experience in Commercial & Industrial Sales and Management, Residential Sales and Management, as well as Land Sales and Development.

Jim is also involved in Owning and Managing his own portfolio of properties, which was one reason for opening Ace Professional Property Management, Inc. Jim enjoys sharing his knowledge of investment properties with others.

Jim and his wife enjoy spending time at their home in Anaheim as well as in La Quinta, where they enjoy rounds of golf and socializing with good friends.

AJ Liberio

Realtor/Property Manager
AJ is a Licensed California Realtor (BRE Lic #01984020). He has managed commercial/industrial investment properties for 8 years and his knowledge of commercial investments has given him opportunities to help many owners purchase their first investment property. AJ’s 8 years of management experience in commercial/industrial and residential properties, 4+ years of real estate sales and his 12+ years of customer service background has led him to be a leader to his real estate staff.
Being a native of Anaheim, who now calls Yorba Linda home, AJ is extremely knowledgeable of all surrounding cities in Orange County.

AJ and his wife, enjoy their free time with their 2 young boys, Aiden and Landon. They enjoy sports, beach days, movie nights and date night.

Gloria Aceves

Property Manager/Realtor
Gloria has 30+ years working in the real estate industry. She began her work experience as a front office admin assistant of a Century 21 office, managing 40 – 50 real estate agents. As their Transaction Coordinator, she gained knowledge in all aspects of the real estate business. She transitioned into escrow and worked her way up to an escrow officer position, processing and closing escrows for both tract housing and residential properties for 18 years. Her 12+ years experience working for a property management company has proven to be her strong suit and where she feels she excels, as she enjoys working closely with property owners, tenants and vendors.
Being a newly Licensed California Realtor (BRE Lic #02050919) she is anxious to get her first listing and sale.

Gloria, born and raised in Santa Ana, has raised her 3 children in both Anaheim and Orange, of which she now calls home. She enjoys as much family time as possible along with movie and wine dates with her closest friends. A Pinterest junky, she works on many DIY projects at home.

Lily Gomez

Controller
Lily has earned her title as she has gained her experience working in mortgage loans for several years before jumping into the property management field. Starting out as front desk/office clerk she quickly learned the ins and outs of the property management business. Several years of handling tenant requests for repairs and collecting rents, she has since put her 10+ years of property management experience into her current position, Controller.

Growing up in the City of Anaheim, Lily and her 2 daughters consider themselves “foodies”, as they enjoy new restaurants, cooking and eating healthy. On her time off, she enjoys reading and CSI-type dramas on Netflix.

Jenni Davila

Administrative Assistant
With just over 2 years working in property management, Jenni has proven to be a vital member of our staff. She is like having your own personal secretary to each person working in the office. She is a walking book of knowledge, especially as it pertains to customer service and support. She handles all incoming calls, work order requests from tenants, schedules vendors as well as accepting rent payments and minor bookkeeping.

Born and raised in Anaheim, Jenni is a true vegan and animal lover. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, craft beer and live music.
